At Isthmus 44, we seek out the rarest Single Cask Scotch Whiskies. Each is drawn from a single, unblended barrel, never filtered or altered, and limited to the handful of bottles it naturally yields. Unlike standard distillery editions blended from hundreds of casks, these are fleeting barrels that may never be seen again. Rare by nature, not by design.
We bring them to life for a community that values depth, nuance, and discovery. Each cask we select is a story waiting to be told. Chosen not for trend or pedigree, but for the singular experience it holds within. No blending, no house style, no interference. Just the unrepeatable charm of whisky in its purest form.
This is a nod to the merchant tradition that has existed for over 200 years. A curatorial house, not a manufacturer. Every bottle is numbered. Every release is finite.
